Winter Park Ski Trip

Over spring break, a group of scouts from Troop 72—along with some of our families—headed up to Winter Park Resort, ranked the #1 ski resort in North America! It was the perfect place to enjoy the snow, sharpen our skiing skills, and spend time together off the mountain.

Most of us hit the slopes as much as possible, taking full advantage of the resort’s incredible terrain. After long days of skiing, we relaxed back at the condo—soaking in the hot tub to warm up and unwind. It was the perfect way to end each action-packed day.

The second day brought even more time on the mountain. A few scouts also took the opportunity to work on their Snow Sports merit badge, learning about skiing techniques, safety, and the mountain environment as part of their advancement.

It was an amazing trip full of fun, fresh snow, and great company. There's something special about standing at the top of a mountain with your troop, surrounded by snow-covered peaks and knowing you're learning, growing, and making memories that will last a lifetime.
