We had a Leadership Training this weekend. Scouts arrived at midday and we got to work with the training. Throughout the day, we watched videos, discussed different leadership topics, went on a hike, and played some insightful games. The next day, we showcased our troop to potential new scouts at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, balanced with leadership training during rest periods.
