On Friday afternoon, the scouts drove up to Colorado Adventure Camp in Denver for leadership training. The scouts were lucky enough to do archery with an instructor. We set up our tents in the courtyard and played some Gaga Ball. Before bed, the scouts did about an hour of leadership training. We learned about different types of leaders and played educational games. We eventually went to bed. In the morning, we started up the training again, this time, for about 4 hours. It was an interesting training that everybody should take. After we finished, a half an hours drive away was Apex Movement in Denver. We were instructed on how to do parkour, and then played tag with a whole bunch of obstacles. Some parents even joined in! It was a very exciting weekend of scouting, where we learned a lot about leading, and had some fun as well!
